OK now I'm really getting confused...

Here are the TTY colors as of 1963 parts manual...

Color Wrinkle Smooth Textured Smooth
                                       Vinyl Vinyl
Black AA (37) BB (34)
Dark Brown AD (30)
Gray Green AV (40) BK GA (45)
Charcoal Gray AL BZ HA
Dark Gray GB
Light Gray EJ HE
Beige Gray HE
Light Beige EL HC
Moss Green EN HD
Eye Rest Green EA
Turquoise EV
Aqua Blue EK
Brussels Light Blue EC
Med. Blue ES
Cherry Red EF
Pastel Yellow EG
White EH
Ivory EM
Beige ET
Rose Beige ER
Rose Pink EV
(number in parenthesis are BELL SYSTEM code)

Several things "jump right out"...

1) early model 28 cabinets - particularly TT47, etc. have a BJ color
code, while later (starting with TT-47C) machines have a BR code -
neither of which are in this chart.

2) Turquoise? OK... I can imagine that in a 60's hospital setting, or
such... but CHERRY RED???? Wow!

3) Textured Vinyl. Hmmm.... Which leads to thoughts about an
upholstered KSR. Diamond Tuck and Roll!!!!

Seriously - has anyone seen some of these more "exotic" colors? Moss
green, turquoise, aqua blue, Brussels light blue, med. blue, cherry red,
pastel yellow, etc.?

Back to those "missing" colors - BJ and BR... Anyone have any
documentation of those???

best regards!
