Just an idea...

The numbers look familiar but I have been looking through over 200  
gears so my mind is not the best right now.

Just for fun try matching them up against the standard gears.  I found  
some 15, and 19 gears that are manufactured backwards from the standard.
Both the pinion and the driven gear.  I have no idea why they did this.

If I find these gears in any list I will send out what I find.
