[GreenKeys] M19 troubleshooting

With a couple of spare parts obtained after a posting on this list I
finally got my M19 going this evening. (Yay!) It seems to be working well
in general.  However, in typing test sentences I have noticed a small
problem.  If I type an "O" or "9" in about the 64th character of a line
(when I get to the O of country in "now is the time . . . ") the carriage
returns.  If I type random characters or figures for an entire line, even
O or 9, it does not do this.  If I type random character/figures and then
go back to the test sentence, it will work fine for 2-3 times and then
resume executing a carriage return if I type O or 9.  I tried typing just
any old text (from newspaper, etc.) and it does the same thing:  carriage
return if an O or 9 falls at that particular point in a line.
