The item on top is a receiver, either BC-312 or BC-342 (they look the
same and are the same except for the internal power supply and the label)
These were used mostly in mobile HF stations such as the SCR-299.
The tape machine on the bottom appears to be a photoelectric reader for
inked Morse code tape. These were used mostly for code practice
transmissions. The tape machine in the middle I don't recognize.
It might be a transmitter for punched Morse code tape.
