[GreenKeys] NE-42 Neon Lamps / Tubes

A seller on eBay is auctioning two NE-42 neon lamp regulator tubes  
that are used in the early Model 19 power supplies.
This supply uses a single 6F6, two 323Bs, and two NE-42s.  The newer  
supply uses a selenium stack rectifier.
