From a file here called basicprogram.txt which apparently
acccompanied the program:
K9EUI RTTY program version 7.8

"When talking about speeds (WPM) or baud rates, we usually round the
numbers off to the nearest whole unit. Actual speeds/bauds normally
enountered are as follows:

UNIT CODE WPM BAUDS USE
7.42 60 45.45 OLD BELL, MILITARY, AMATEUR
7.0 65 45.45 OLD WESTERN UNION
7.5 66 50 ITU EUROPEAN STANDARD
7.42 67 50 U.S. - ALLIED MILITARY
7.0 71 50 OLD EUROPEAN CCIT STANDARD
7.42 75 56.88 OLD BELL SYSTEM
7.0 95 66.67 U.S. MILITARY
7.42 100 74.2 U.S. STANDARD / BELL SYSTEM
7.0 106 74.2 LIMITED MILITARY
7.0 107 75 U.S. NAVAL
7. 140 100 MOSTLY WEATHER STATIONS

One point in bringing this up is that many newer RTTY units and
programs give 75 baud as one of the standard speeds. This is not
really true - what they really are set for is 74.2 baud but everyone
calls it 75."

I suspect something is wrong. I'd not expect the Dovetron to drift any
noticeable amount.
