I have here a fairly common loop supply found in Model 15 cabinets.

Western Electric
KS-5336-L7
Output 120/75 volts 0.2 amp
Measures 5"high, 7"deep, 9-1/2 inches wide.
Has two short cords each with a two prong connector, both have prongs  
at right angle to each other.
Male: AC power in.  Female: DC out.
