It looks more like the equipment is being hoarded rather than
accumulated for
repair and sale. Lots of rusty gear...
Reminds me of what we found a few years ago in Paterson, NJ. TONS of
Teletype gear that the owner thought was worth its weight in gold.
He never sold any of it due to his high asking prices...most of it
went
to the scrapper.
By the way...there's a store front operation in New Hampshire called
PI-X. He doesn't have as much old Ham gear, but he does have a lot.

Just curious. Not casting aspersions on the place, but I get the
impression
that all that stuff has been there a long, long time. It's not like

easy to go to a few hamfests these days and come home with a truckload
of
Collins gear. Inventory which sits is the kiss of death for small
business...
