There is a two article QST series that describes the TT/L-2....if  
you're an ARRL member just go to the new QST Archives and search the  
May and Jun 1969 issues for the articles.  There is a third article  
in the June QST that describes filters for 1275/2125 Hz, though  
that's really not a big deal unless you're running a vintage  
transceiver that has a very steep 2.1 kHz filter.
