[GreenKeys] Some info and a request

John Nagle is the fellow who did such a nice job on his Model 15 - he
used Simple Green to clean it and then oiled it up with Valvoline 100%
Synthetic 5W-20 motor oil.

And as to running mobile RTTY with a MITE ASR on your lap... The fellow
must have been a Charles Atlas type, since a MITE ASR is over twice the
size of a standard MITE and weighs over 100 lbs.

Now seems like a good time to re-publish my request for a MITE ASR
manual - the manual I would most like to have is for a TGC-29 but any
MITE ASR info would sure be helpful.

73 & thanks

with pictures, of an enterprising RTTYer who used a "Mite" ASR on his
lap as a mobile rtty station. It is presumed that the operator was the
passenger and not the driver.

re-lubricating a model 15 and he had pictures of the method he used, and
the "green" solution which did the cleaning job. I deleted that post,
and as luck would have it just day before yesterday I became the new
owner of a very dirty but complete model 15. If it would not be too much
trouble, I would appreciate that Green Keys participant repeating his
post, along with the pictures and the solution/mixture he used for the
job. It would save me from re-inventing the wheel, and as I recall his
results were astounding.
