REMEMBER TO BOLT THE PENDULUM or the clock will be destroyed.  The pendulum has two holes thru which two screws pass and is designed to hold the pendulum from movement when the clock is moved.  If you buy one on eBay be sure the seller locks the movement or you'll have junk upon arrival.

  Won't get to it until I get my TTY setup going and functional, along with a converter so that I can work RTTY. But after that, I will try to obtain one of those clocks, though by looking at the prices that they command, I don't know. There is one on e-pay for a buy it now price of 400 US dollars, and the thing is, the person selling it proudly proclaims that he stripped off the original "office green" paint and varnished the wood with tung oil. 

  I would rather have the "icky office green" in the original paint, particularly if I am going to pay anything near that amount. Granted, it probably looks better with a nice tung oil finish, but that is besides the point.

  Oh well, we shall see...
