Don't apologize!  If Eugene had seen this information BEFORE he bid, it would have helped him and he will be ready to deal with what he gets.  At the worst case, it will put the rest of us on alert to avoid yet another unscrupulous dealer.  I, for one, appreciate these "head's up" notices so I don't make the same mistake.
