[GreenKeys] teletype 43 paper tape docs

I have quite a bit of documentation on the M42 and M43.  I will look  
through it and scan anything on the punch reader unit.
It may take a few days.  You could also write to Western Numeric  
Control (wnc).  They used to repair them.
You can find them on the web.

I have four punch reader units for the M42, but all of them are  
missing the chad box.
I would like to borrow someone's chad box to make replicas.
