Larry,

Where did you surface from?  I only spent a few nights with the 1620.  
McMahon played with it a lot.  I was going into communications.  But ended up in the 
Oil Patch instead.

I couldn't have told you it was a Sperry but it was Buz Root and it was a PDP 
8.  But don't knock KRUS.  I was the station engineer during part of that 
period.  I'm sure we put out as much power as the system clock.  :-)
