[GreenKeys] 1960's Baudot tape to Morse keyer ?

We had something like it in the USAF but in reverse.  It took a Morse signal and converted it to Baudot. We never were able to get it to work correctly.  Could never get a strong enough signal to overcome atmospherics. 

If I remember correctly (which I probably don't) it was a Frederick's unit.
