Hi:  There is a Model 28 paper winder for sale on Craigslist.
It is located in Las Vegas.  I've already talked to the seller
and he will not ship it.  This is a local pick-up item only.

Judging from the pictures, it is a very nice unit.  There is
no copy display rack with this unit.  The price?  Only $20.00!
