Hi:

I've added more photos and have figured out the hook-up.
The rear terminal strip is isolated from the front terminal strip that's right 
behind it.

The rear strip is for the solenoid (200 Ohms, 20 Volts @ 100 ma to operate).

The front strip is for the motor.  The three cut wires (green, black, white) 
were probably connected to an A.C. line filter and are:
green - chassis ground
Black and White - A.C. line.
The switch turns on/off the A.C. line, but not the solenoid circuit.
