[GreenKeys] Reinstalling REPT key on ASR33

So it would appear that the REPeaT key on my ASR33 is hanging loose.
The spring is unbroken and is still on the lever.  I see there is a
slot in the bottom and on the side.  What I don't understand is what
does the tab connect to?  I looked though the 1st volume (Section
574-121-100TC) of the ASR33 manual, but I still don't see what the tab
actually moves.  I can supply images if that would help.
