This seems to be an early keyboard perforator with only the keys 1-9 and a space 
bar.  The mechanism is there for a full 3-row keyboard, but for some reason,
the machine was factory-modified to have only one row.  There's not even a 0
key.  It's a tape punch only; no printing, and no sign of a distributor or
selector.

This has been on eBay before, and not sold.
