If I'm reading the description right - the trailer is indeed included 
(he notes that the buyer is responsible for removing skirting, pipes, 
electric, tie-downs, etc.) - but he also notes there is no license nor 
title - which as he also points out - implies moving it on a flatbed.

Someone - with a lot of time - could make some real money on that deal. 
Time is something I have very little of these days!
