[GreenKeys] Request for Feedback

If you are receiving on a computer or silent terminal, 100 WPM is OK. 
However,  I like to run the 28 now and again and for that 60 is where 
it is at.  At 60 the machine types at a slow heartbeat rate and is 
relaxing to me.  100 is rather frenetic and is anything but relaxing. 
Also the 15 doesn't like 100 WPM.  I hope a source of 60 WPM signals 
stays around a long time.
