I have found a book called "A Selection of Early Amateur Radioteletype RTTY Bulletins".  This coves the time frame from 1946 into the early 50's describing some operations and the organization of early RTTY operations.  W2BFD being the primary mover it appears.  Couple of pictures and lots of TTY "print" letters and articles of interest.  Anyone interested in this?  Published byAmateur Radioteletype Society, 38-06 61st St, Woodside 77, N.Y.  No date but this is Vol. 1.  Interesting reading and history on the hobby.
