What a coincidence!  Just cleaning up the mess I call my library and here's 
an old, ragged book with ST-5AS Autostart on the cover.

Now, could this be what Jim is looking for?  If it 'tis, Jim has to send me 
his mailing address and I'll send it on a loan not to exceed 50 years ! !
