Have you checked with the "Tube Testers" Yahoo group? 
These folks have answered questions just like yours several times for me in the past. 
I have a Hickok 752A and there are many tubes that do not appear of the setting charts for the 752A. 
Most of the time someone in the "Tube Testers" group had the setting information, or new of someone who did.

I have many 4CX-600 (am looking for more) and 8122 tubes that I need to test and will have more in the future. I have many flavors or tube testers. Is there any way to come up with switch settings to test this animals on a TV-7?? or another model tester?? the 600 has the same base as the 4X-150 and 4CX-250. I have no problem making adapters or what ever. I have been testing them in an amplifier which is pretty bad idea as it cooks things when you have a bad tube!!
