[GreenKeys] Mystery Teletype Accessory

Thanks to Jim Haynes and Jerry Murphy for helping identify my mystery
Teletype accessory. This unit is brand new and came on a small wooden pallet
packed in a regular carton. The information on the carton label is very
faint but I was able to read the following information:

Type: LCL2
Serial No. 001668
Timer: 1LB
Manufacturing Schedule: WK 410, ASSM 21216, DEL TO 13213
Date Passed Final Inspection: May 22, 1974
Inspector 29

It also came with an unwired mating DB-25 connector that I removed for the
photos.

I just removed the small wooden pallet from the carton and discovered there
was a schematic for this device under the pallet. I will try to scan the
schematic. It has faded considerably, but I was able to read the following:
