[GreenKeys] oiling tape?

I have worked in several Army communication centers (60's and 70's)
where we used mylar for test loops that were used repeatedly. They
were punched on what ever machine was available (mostly
Kleinschmidt). It never adversely affected those punches in any way.
On the otherhand, we didn't punch that much of the mylar.

It would grossly outlast paper tape for those activities.
