The best way is to have someone "volunteer" a Bubble for duplication.
They are not as simple as they first look.

BTW... "BUBBLE" is the official part name.

I know someone who thinks he can vacuum form new ones.

I will be needing one soon and i don't know if I still have one
that a few years ago became 3 or 4 pieces and was fogged.

Another member could use at lest one.

If someone could do up a basic drawing it would help. The drawing
does not have to be accurate but enough to pass on so I can get a
better chance of yes or no. Also will need to know the thickness of
a flat area near the edge.

With vacuum forming only one mold needs to be made and it can
be made out of easy to machine and shape materials which translates
into low(er) cost. The biggest downside is loss of thickness where
corners
are formed. Sometimes compromising by using a thicker stock
then the original was made with.
