The description is a LARB 201.

That is essentially a LARP, which is a multi-magnet NON-TYPING reperforator.

The machine accepts parallel data, and when the character is set-up in the 
punch a clutch magnet is fired which causes the shaft to turn and punch the 
character.

It is also a chad type set-up, so you better be ready to deal with a lot of 
chads.

I think they operate at a max capability of 200 words per minute, as I 
recall the machine having a two-step clutch arrangement. I might be wrong, 
as it's been a while since I peeked into one.

The magnets are happy with about 60  volts DC applied.

I still have the remains of a LARP test set I built up to test similar units 
for teleephone companies that had LARP machines in their toll-ticketing 
systems.
