I ran all 4 speed tests.
Two on the .gov site.
Speakeasy which used one of the same testing providers the .gov site did.
And Speed net that used a server in Ft Worth.

Average speed was 3 mbps download and 0.5 mbps upload.

In case you were wondering why the .gov site wanted your address...
