[GreenKeys] Number of teleprinters built

Hello all

I'm to prepare something for the danish data museum, and one of the items to 
be adressed, is how many teleprinters (both page and tape) were built. I 
would say that Teletype was the biggest one, and that Siemens comes as a 
nice number 2. But then there are Sagem, Creed, Easterneuropean, and all the 
others. Even Denmark had its own make : GNT, of which about 15-16.000 were 
built. Obviously, we are talking of hundreds of thousands, but _how_ many ?
