I'm glad there's some progress with your SAGEM.

I've just heard that there are eight (yes 8) Creed 2300s in various 
state of repair for free along with 2 reperforators and a few telex type 
bits and pieces. This is the last remnant of the late Alan Hobbs 
collection and must be picked up from Croydon, UK within two weeks.

I think the 2300 is probably the one I was thinking of being partly 
electronic and impossible to repair!
