[GreenKeys] Fwd: ASR33 suddenly fails to send data -- Please relay

Forwarding for a friend who has been unable to join the list successfully.

We've already discussed possible missing loop current on his TX loop
but that does not seem to be the problem.  I was pretty certain that
when in local mode, it is basically looping the Tx loop to the Rx loop
so that proves out a lot of stuff...
