Hey DR;
That reminds me of one of my (computer system) customers back in the '70's:
It was a car dealership, and all the guys told me that the customer wouldn't
let us do routine maintenance on their machine.
I went there one day to do a PM.
The customer said that it is working fine - and they don't want me to touch it.
I said: "well - that's GREAT to hear!" - because I just bought a car here
and I'm NEVER going to bring it in for an oil change or to have it tuned-up
because "it is working fine"."
The look on their faces was "worth the price of admission".
The two managers, after they recovered from hearing such a STOOPID statement,
let me in the room to PM the machine - and we didn't have any more trouble.
UE,
W6ESE - tony
