 Gentlemen,

I realize that what I have, what I know  and who I am is of no interest to 
anyone as this is expressed by many at great frequency but today, while 
searching for some info on how to get the Kindle fire , which I have ordered 
for my wife and which will have to function on my wired system,  operating , 
I was searching through the piles of material that I never throw away and 
found an original Price List from Elliott Buchanan & associates.   I think 
the associates were maybe a cat and dog but no matter since Elliott is a 
long silent key....

I used to frequently order 88 mH toroids from Elliott.   He was one of the 
few "sources" for this component in the 1960s and this price list is dated 
at January 1st, 1969.

I'm going to pass on the prices of some items (this is a two page deal) that 
might be of interest to Greenkeys given what I've read on the reflector in 
the past few days.

Also keep in mind that a couple of years ago I "rescued" a 28 ASR for "free" 
and a 28 KSR for $27.   The world seems to be changing and I have no idea 
why this should be so except for the fact that homo sapiens seem to be 
getting more stupid.

OK, then from Elliott's price list:

Single Head Model 14 transmitter-distributor with sync motor and cover: 
$70.00

Model 14 Typing Reperforator with keyboard   $90.00

Model 15 page printer including table and power supply:   $110.00

Model 19, complete including table and sync motor:  $225.00   I bought one 
locally about this time that was missing a few pieces and I paid $240---no 
shipping costs of course and Elliott was living at 1067 Mandana Blvd in 
Oakland CA.

Model 28 KSR  $625.00

Model 28 ASR (console cabinet)  $1,600.00   And remember that we are 
tallking about 1969 dollars.

Auto carriage return / line feed kit for the Model 15:  $30    (sure wish I 
had that today!)

Anyway, guys, if you feel sorry for yourselves because a KSR went for 3-4 
hundred bucks you ain't gonna get any sympathy from me!
