Eric,
I just wanted to let you know that the kit is in my hands! I think I
mailed the check to you on Thursday so it is obvious that you sent the
envelope before you were paid! How absolutely wonderful to find someone
who behaves like hams I knew 40 or 50 years ago! Trust is a wonderful
thing! I can't get it built immediately and given the battle I'm having
with this pair of storms it will probably be a while. I even had to get up
on a roof and do a little shoveling this morning! That time will give me an
opportunity to decide which machine I should "fire up."! And I was very
pleased to find that the 850 shift is possible given the fact that I am on
the track of a local two meter ham who actually is asking if there isn't
someone available with a true working machine!
Anyway, if you don't get your money in the next couple of days email me and
you can have another or I can easily use PayPal.
