I suggest you contact a local ham/amateur radio operator.

If you don't know any one who is a ham/amateur, the next time
you are driving around, look for a large antenna on a house or
on a tower next to the house. Also look for long wires that are
above the ground and have a cable that leads into the house.

If you see one, chances are he is a ham/amateur radio operator.
You might stop by and introduce yourself and ask him if he one.
