Hey Joe;

You can download weather reports from NOAA/NWS.

True, they are not streaming - but I imagine that Heavy Metal has
a way to printing local files, no?

I am knee-deep in writing a METAR-to-SYMBOLS&DECODES program.

When finished, it will take the METAR transmissions, replace any
characters with the symbols on a weather machine (like BROKEN, SCATTERED,
OVERCAST, N/E/W/S) and decode the acronyms into English (like CHINO will
be translated to "Sky Condition At Secondary Location Not Available").
