Santa Steve and his magic sled/trailer met up with Joe this morning in Liberty, MO., and delivered his "presents,". After that drop down the TTY chimney we were on our way again.

We are truly headed south.  Was planning on getting into AR today, but stopped in Cape Girardeau due to the fact that the A/C unit on the top of the trailer seems to have suffered the most from the trek over the nations failing infrastructure of Interstate highways.  It has shaken it self completely loose and I was getting concerned that it might come completely loose and pop of the top and windup through someone's windshield!  So tomorrow will most likely be spent in trying to get it reattached in such a manner that it won't just come loose on its own ever again.  Guess we have just extended the trip by a day, but we were a little ahead of schedule as it was.

Hopefully tomorrow's edition will start with good news and we will be ready to get underway once again.
