Using the BRPE punch on a PDP-8 or PDP-11 isn't too far-fetched. As I
do know that DEC made some typesetting systems out of the PDP-8 and
PDP-11, so there is a possibility that the BRPE was attached to one of
those systems.
Then again, I do not know much about the DEC typesetting systems. I'm
more interested in DEC minis that were used in large, multi-user
systems, or as small desk-side "personal" machines.
Cheers to all.
