[GreenKeys] Strange double plug

The double plugs were a regular sight in the "tech Control" side of the Comm Center
tip and ring were "both wired" looks like the set in the picture isnt complete.
I dont remember if they were used for monitering or if they were used to
Transfer lines from one TTY set to another when a set went down for maint...
I do remember being able to "Inject a Test Set signal" directly to a repaired position
useing a single plug cable... they were also used extensively in the Microwave "Relay Rigs"
parked just down the road... (saw them when I repaired their TTY sets but didnt like the smell of
all that "origano" they kept puffing so I didnt spend any time talking about anything just...get the
TTY going and split... :) )
