[GreenKeys] Short ITTY Outage

This morning it was necessary to dump all four ITTY computers in order to 
regain control.

There is a four-port KVM switch here on the radio desk that one port of 
which is used for control of all of the computers in the ITTY rack.

This KVM switch is not on the UPS which services the ITTY rack, and we had a 
power glitch which temporarily shutdown the 4 port, and mouse sig to all 
computers and down stream switch bays was lost.

The only means of recovery was to dump all computers and restart them.

The 4 port will be put on the UPS late tonight when things are quiet.
