[GreenKeys] KSM Testing on 6328 TTY

Transmitter Supervisor Hawes has just advised that he has activated our new TTY frequency of 6328Kc in test mode.  The transmitter may be taken off air periodically for adjustments but signal reports would be appreciated.  We are operating at a reduced power at the moment (2.5kW TPO) but expect to increase power to that of the other TTY transmitters when testing is complete.
