Don that device requires a key to be entered before the secure features will
work.  It is useless.

Some sellers on eBay have access to classified and restricted items  
used by our armed services.
It makes me wonder why there is not more policing of eBay.

Here is an example...  A secure communications device that is not  
allowed in civilian hands...
