Thanks for sharing this. I wish I had documented my teletype adventure to the same extent.

My adventure went the other way (Canada -> USA), but my border experience was similar. At the US crossing I was asked 1 question and sent through. Coming back in, I had to explain the far end of a fart and where the stink goes. "And how do you meet these... collectors? Are these antiques?" I think my crossing in to the states was possibly eased by having my US citizen buddy in the passenger seat.

You wouldn't happen to have room in your garage for a printing press, would you? I've been eying one in provo recently... ;) (really)
