Oh, I think you're mostly right -  though I highly suspect 
not on the percentage - IIHO it's likely much closer to 100% 
fakes...  I have originals from the 1970s - and the paper is 
brittle, flaking, etc. --  I've put several into plastic 
"protectors" just to keep them from falling completely 
apart.  And most on ebay look "pristine from the early 1960s 
(and some earlier????)...

nope, don't buy it...
