[GreenKeys] Hal ST6 info

Well, the family reunion is at our house this year (Oct. 1st) and there is
no way that I can touch anything ham radio until the XYL says I have
completed all of the necessary preliminary chores---and that ain't gonna
ever happen so all I can say is that if you haven't gotten all the answers
you need by Oct. 2nd, you can email me a question and I'll do some research.
In the attached photo you will see two ST-6s. The bottom one with a few
more front panel controls, is my own version but using the HAL boards and
toroids from Elliott Buchanan (the only source of toroids in those days).
I had all the machines attached to the back panel and one at a time they
could be selected from the front. I don't remember all of the other mods I
added but there were several. I suppose I have the original QSTs around
here someplace. This thread brings back a lot of pleasant memories from the
time we had a weekly RTTY net in Milwaukee.
