[GreenKeys] answer-back mechanism on a 28KSR

In regard to the answer-back mechanism on a 28KSR

Does anyone have any information on this?  How to program it ect.  If I activate it, it prints out EVVV.  I am curious about it and cannot seem to find any information other than the teletype manual was supposed to be 272b.

Any information would be appreciated.
