[GreenKeys] (HM) setting for 60 wpm?

I am not sure who I should be sending this to, so I'm sending it out to everybody.

I would like the setting of Heavy Metal to send 60 wpm to a M15, using the RS232  to the FSK input of the ST-5000.

Is there any other program doing the same function sending 60 wpm to a RS232 port?
