[GreenKeys] Speed Conversion: TR-128 Baud Rate Converter (Flesher)

Hmmm, I had responded earlier to someone's desire to change the speed of their 28ASR, but never saw my response show up in the list.

After I read his Email, I went down to the shack and found that I still have my Flesher TR-128 converter which I bought/built for when I acquired my 28ASR; it had 100WPM gears in it.  This worked great to bring me into the amateur world.

Now, having 60WPM gears in it, it is surplus to my needs.
