[GreenKeys] Teletype magnet on eBay, but what is it for?

The item is a "198M" magnet.  Not sure what that is for.
The magnets I can find in parts manuals are:

	M177 - 105 ohm selector magnet for models 14 and 15.
	M168 - 355 ohm selector magnet for model 15
	M207 - 92 ohm holding selector magnet for model 14
	M190 - 1020 ohm tape feed-out magnet, Model 14 reperf option

The picture on eBay looks like a M177 form factor.  Anyone know
what this is?  It's only $10, so it's worth buying if you have anything
that uses it.
